There is a $500 holding fee and an application fee of $59.66 per person 18 and older living in the apartment.

The security deposit is $500.00.

We use a third-party service called Snappt to verify the authenticity of all qualification documents you supply with your application. The documents you provide to meet our qualification criteria must be in digital original format.

Pet Policy

South Park by Windsor is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home.  There is a one-time $500 pet deposit and a $75/month pet rent (per pet). Max weight of 100lbs per pet.
